1. Customer Service
Working Hour: Hybrid or upon request (Must attend weekly meeting)
Location: Klang Valley or within Malaysia
Supervise: Site visit upon required

Job scope:
- Secure sales and invoice collection
- Outline Sales Terms/Pricing/Delivery/Product availability
- Explain renovation process
- Refer sales leads to reps/showrooms if applicable
- Respond and satisfy sales rep requests
- Pricing. terms, swatches or Custom quotes
- Other requests as needed
- Arrange renovation timeline
- Relay order status
- Perform all customer Invoicing/Billing/Deposits
- Customer satisfaction (product/shipping QC issues)
- Miscellaneous customer service (touch up paints etc.)
- Miscellaneous – emails, customization, pricing, etc.
Skill Required:
- Excellent in-person and communication skill
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Detail orientated but still understands the big picture
- Very strong organizational skills
- Thrives in fast-paced, results orientated and at times demanding environment
- Creative interior design experience a plus
- Microsoft Office proficiency, Kujiale/Skecthup a plus
2. Sales Designer
Working Hour: Twice a week or upon request (Must attend weekly meeting)
Location: Klang Valley or within Malaysia
Supervise: Site visit upon required
Salary: High Commission package
Job scope:
- Lead Follow-Up: Responding to inquiries from walk-ins, showroom visitors, and online platforms.
- Needs Analysis: Meeting with clients to understand their spatial requirements, aesthetic preferences, and budget limits.
- Concept Creation: Preparing preliminary layout plans, 3D renderings, and mood boards using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max.
- Material Selection: Advising clients on suitable materials, color palettes, and finishing touches.
- Quotation Building: Calculating material costs, labor, and project complexities to draft accurate quotations.
- Sales Pitch: Presenting the design concepts and commercial proposals persuasively to close deals and hit sales targets.
- Site Visits: Conducting site measurements and attending on-site meetings with site manager.
- Liaison: Acting as the bridge between the client, internal designers, contractors, and site manager to ensure smooth project execution.
- Timeline Tracking: Monitoring the project timeline and ensuring handover meets client expectations.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensuring the finished product matches the client’s vision and resolving any post-completion issues.
- Networking: Building long-term relationships to generate word-of-mouth referrals and repeat business
Skill Required
Experience: Welcome for Fresh Graduate (Experience in Interior Design, Curtains, Blinds, or the Building Material industry is highly preferred).
Language: Fluent communication skills in Bahasa Melayu , English and Mandarin to serve and consult our diverse premium clientele.
Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and own transport for client site visits and the showroom.
Mindset: Result-driven, highly self-disciplined, and comfortable leveraging mobile technology (In-House App) to streamline workflows.
