More details
We design, make and install kitchen cabinets to the exact size of your kitchen in the Klang Valley, Selangor and Ipoh. Prices are by foot run and depend on finishes, edge banding (PUR or EVA) and whether it is a condo or landed home. The 3D drawing is free when you appoint us.
What we build
- Base cabinets with doors and drawers, including sink and hob cabinets
- Wall (top) cabinets, up to the ceiling if you want more storage
- Tall units for pantry, oven or fridge housing
- L-shaped, U-shaped, galley and island layouts
- Worktops in solid surface, quartz, compressed marble, porcelain or granite
Materials and finishes
The board used for the cabinet body and the finish on the doors make the biggest difference to price and durability. Door finishes in our price book include melamine (E1 and SE0), plywood, acrylic and glass doors, and HMR shaker doors with gloss spray paint.
Every cabinet edge is sealed with edge banding. You choose PUR (stronger against heat and moisture, good near the sink and hob) or EVA (more economical). Our standard rates are quoted with PUR. PUR vs EVA explained.
How much does a kitchen cabinet cost?
Kitchen cabinets are priced per foot run, and condo and landed kitchens are priced separately because material usage is different.

What affects the price
- Size. Measured in foot run (length along the wall). Every condo development has its own layout, so there is no standard cabinet width.
- Board and door finish. The carcass board and the door material make the biggest difference between basic and premium.
- Edge banding. PUR or EVA. PUR resists heat and moisture better; EVA costs less.
- Accessories. Soft-close hinges, drawers, pull-outs, lighting and handles add up.
- Condo or landed. Material usage differs, so the same item is priced differently.
- Site conditions. Uneven walls or floors, access, lift booking and management rules.
- Job size. Jobs below RM5,000 carry a RM300 transport charge.
Condo vs landed: what changes
| Condo | Landed | |
|---|---|---|
| Layout | Fixed by the developer; every development is different | More freedom, often longer walls |
| Material usage | Different from landed, so priced separately | Different from condo, so priced separately |
| Access | Lift booking, loading bay and working-hour rules | Usually direct access, parking for the lorry |
| Approvals | Management office renovation form and deposit (check with your management) | Local council rules for structural work |
| Typical scope | Kitchen, wardrobes, TV console, ceiling and lighting | Often bigger: more rooms, plaster ceiling and rewiring as well |
How the job runs
WhatsApp your floor plan, photos and rough sizes, and tell us your budget range and what you want to build. You get an estimate, and we prepare a 3D drawing of the design; the 3D drawing is free when you appoint us. How the free 3D drawing works.
We then measure your home properly. Site measurement is RM150, credited back when you confirm the job. You get a written quotation with materials, edge banding (PUR or EVA), timeline and payment terms before you pay anything. Everything is made to your measurements and installed on site, and we check every door, drawer and hinge with you at handover.
Frequently asked questions
How is a kitchen cabinet measured?
By foot run: the length of the cabinet along the wall. Base and wall cabinets are usually counted separately, and tall units and accessories are added on top.
Can you make cabinets to fit my condo kitchen?
Yes. Every condo development has different layouts and sizes, so we measure your kitchen and build to fit. There are no standard widths.
PUR or EVA edge banding: which should I pick?
PUR holds better against heat and moisture, so it suits kitchens well. EVA costs less. You choose, and we write it in your quotation.
Is site measurement free?
Site measurement is RM150, credited back to your job when you confirm.
Is there a charge for small kitchen jobs?
Jobs below RM5,000 carry a RM300 transport charge.
